Ignore it. You just download the starter (+game) and everytime you want to run it you will run it from the site (using the files in your computer).

If you consider players on Janryuumon are 90% playing in Japan, and that there are an average of 600-700 people online, I think they are doing a great job. As I tried to install Janryuumon it asked me to install additional software beside the client. What's that software? Is it neccessary to play Janryuumon? I try to keep additional software installations on a minimum so this really made me nervous.

The pictures of Janryuumon just look great. It sounds like if they really try to get some players to steadily play there. I'm sure there are enough players in Japan so Tenhou and Janryuumon can exist beside each other.Fat Dragonnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2636736300811846957.post-19488982506888633172010-12-15T00:59:01.400-03:002010-12-15T00:59:01.400-03:00Hey, there.

Nashi-nashi is a great feature, and the people at Jukuren table can be pretty good too.

But, if you take appart all the "nice extras" like action, graphics, voices, human-factor, etc, I'd say playing in Tenhou is a little more linked to skill. Mainly because of the many divisions among players. If you play in the general lobby, you aim to play in dan lobby, then upper dan, then phoenix. You can improve your rank and rate as well as move up some tables with people who play more seriously.

In Janryuumon, you have General and Profficient. Also, the rate system is very poor. But all the other features rock.

Add to that the fact, that everyone with flash player has access to Tenhou. Some people have limitation to entering Janryuumon.

I would have to say Tenhou. But if Janryuumon keeps improving (they should speed up the games a little, too), we are looking at a formidable contender.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18423570465968966529noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2636736300811846957.post-66945781474970805972010-12-12T08:36:54.091-03:002010-12-12T08:36:54.091-03:00Hi xKime! No need to worry.

The benefits of buying the Janryuumon 2 package are just marginal, and hold no relevance with mahjong. Thank you.

When I try to pile up yaku, or take my time to build my hand, kimeuchi, and such, then shit happens. Tenhou seems to be a speed battle of sorts.

I think the Jansou mode is a fun twist to the game. I mean, if you play Jansou enough, as you have to worry not only about placing, but about points AND 祝儀, when you go back to playing normal mahjong you'll be like "hey, this is easy, I only have to worry about placing."

The fact that tsumo benefits you more than ron (because the amount of 祝儀 is tripled if you tsumo), adds a new strategy concept to the game. You're not playing entirely for placing, you're playing for money. I suck at playing for money, I like placing grinding. I'm the type of guy who will always end up with 30-40k when first because I don't like to overdo it.

My only problem is, there is no people playing in the lower value tables. Most 祝儀 are awarded on luck based events (ippatsu and uradora) which you can't really control. That's why other than training red dora anticipation, it's hard to get back the 祝儀 you lose.

I remember some jerkoff got a baiman tsumo yesterday and on top of his 16000 points, he got 4 祝儀 out of everyone of us.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18423570465968966529noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2636736300811846957.post-27999966473526463212010-10-16T05:15:04.727-03:002010-10-16T05:15:04.727-03:00you are playing East wind real good
